Apparently the plan isn’t working. Microsoft may have finally figured out how to build a winner when it comes to search, but they’re still at a loss when it comes to keeping customers satisfied in the browser war. With new players entering the market and all of them taking share away from Internet Explorer, they’ve got a tough road to hoe.
