For years the Live Nation app had floundered as it moved from one bad relaunch to another. In 2017 that cycle was broken when Live Nation brought in a third-party vendor to design and code a completely new version of the app. The bar was set low and non-core features were moved far down the roadmap. My team was brought in towards the end of the initial relaunch to lead testing.
Since then we've worked on exploring and testing updates and potential new features before tasking our vendor with implementation.
