Singing a speedier tune

Opera 10 is officially out. And so far, I like what I see. It loads fast and it has some great new features like Thumbnail Tabs and even a new icon. Oddly, as the icon got cleaner, the interface seems to have gotten a little more complicated. And for my taste it’s a little over-designed with gradients and the like. But the browser itself still functions supremely well.

They’ve put together an ad touting the speed gain from their Turbo compression engine.
