The new new CNN

CNN has, and surely will continue to be, my preferred source for general news. Even though they do have a habit of promoting worthless, inconsequential news items with sensational headlines to the top areas of the site. And I think I’m a little more excited about this new redesign than I was with the last one. The 2007 redesign had some nice elements and a much-improved video player, but I still wasn’t a big fan and haven’t completely warmed up to it. We’ll see how it goes on Monday.
