Visualizing crime

I’m a sucker for visualized data, especially in geographically relevant form. I love data.gov, USAspending.gov, LAPD Crime Maps, EveryBlock, Tampa Bay Mug Shots and the NY Times’ NYC Homicide Map.

And now we’ve got San Francisco CrimeSpotting, which is built on the same platform as Oakland CrimeSpotting.
