There’s something about the World Cup that captures the heart of the world and brings out the best in advertisers every four years. We’ve been seeing the ad featuring U2 for a few weeks now. Then on Saturday Nike unveiled one of the longest ads that I can remember that wasn’t selling something for 3 payments of $19.99. It was unveiled during the UEFA championship (which was a great 2-0 win for Inter Milan over Bayern Munich) and was jaw-droppingly good.
