In a recent survey of financial professionals by financial hiring firm eFinancialCareers, 34% of the respondents said that the reason they would receive larger bonuses this year was because of their own personal performance. At the same time 52% of the respondents said that the reason they would receive smaller bonuses this year was due to their firm’s performance.
